Who is a Magistratus?

Magistratus are decision-makers typically a civic leader or institutions who monitor public sentiment, respond to concerns, and create impact through policy or action.

How do I report an issue?

Just tap “Create the Ring the Bell” on the app or website, describe the issue, and tag its location. Your voice goes live and is visible to others, including institutions.

Is my identity public when I report something?

You can choose to post anonymously or as a verified user, it's entirely up to you.

Can I support someone else's concern?

Yes, as a user, you can contribute to a particular issue through ringing (Signing), comment, or share issues to help amplify them and show collective backing.

What happens after I report or support an issue?

The issue becomes part of the civic feed, visible to communities and public institutions who can respond, investigate, or take action.
